New bank account

So the point of this site was to start saving for a down payment on a house. I wanted to start this account with $0.00 in order to keep track through the blog. I have some money saved, but I rather think of that money as the rainy day fund. So in the next few days I will be opening high interest savings account to get things started. I might go with ING Direct as they pay about 3% at the moment. I figured I would like to have $20,000 to $30,000 for the down payment so let's see what I can set aside.
